Welcome to Aarya Driving School (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services or website at aaryadrivingschool.com.au, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

Aarya Driving School provides professional driving lessons to individuals in accordance with Australian driving regulations.
All instructors are certified and fully insured.
By enrolling in our lessons, you agree to follow our safety and training protocols.

2. Lesson Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to full lesson fee.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments can be made securely online using Stripe, our trusted third-party payment processor.
Your payment information is not stored on our servers.
Refunds are only available for lessons cancelled with 24 hours’ notice.
Bulk lesson packages must be used within 6 months of purchase.

4. Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
They are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.

5. Learner’s Permit

Students must hold a valid learner’s permit or license before booking a lesson.
It is the student’s responsibility to bring their license to every lesson.

6. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
Any inappropriate behavior, abuse, or aggression towards instructors will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

7. Use of Personal Information

We collect your name, contact information, and lesson history to deliver our services.
Cookies are used to enhance user experience and track website traffic.
By using our website, you consent to the use of necessary cookies.
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required for payment processing or legal compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aarya Driving School is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services unless proven to be due to our negligence.
Instructors may terminate a lesson if a student is deemed unfit to drive (e.g., under influence of alcohol or drugs).

9. Website Content and Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure our website content is accurate and up-to-date.
We reserve the right to modify or update content and pricing at any time without notice.
